hotandcoldaf[The situation up to this point: A young Goddess has abducted you from your homeworld and brought you here to her quaint little rural town, in order to make it more "interesting". In the process, she has wiped all memory of events from your head, leaving only facts; you can remember your friends, but not how you met them, for example.
You've been here for a few weeks at this point, with the people of the town doing their best to welcome you into their community. For the past few days, the main topic of conversation has been the upcoming Feast of the Goddess, to be held today.
All the shops in town are closed, and everyone is gathered in the town square, which is lavishly and appropriately seasonally decorated, with, indeed, an incredible Feast worthy of the capital letter laid out, all undoubtedly the work of the Goddess. The Goddess herself is naturally also present, seated in a place of honor.
After a while, the festivities die down, and the Goddess stands, making a decree.]
